Suddenly, a wild mother appeared!

 

Kidding aside, a woman claiming to be Cha Dol's mother surprised everyone with her appearance.  Dae Seok is still away so they can't confirm her story, as a result, Dae Seok's mother let her stay for the time being.

 

Claiming to be Dae Seok's legal wife, she intimidated Soo Kyeong and even took her room away from her.  Soo Kyeong on the other hand showed her patience as the only thought on her mind right now is about Dae Seok's safety.

Speaking of Dae Seok, he and Da Yeob managed to escape from Wenlong's camp but unfortunately they ended up being captured by the opposing camp.

Dae Seok's ex-wife continues to abuse her "authority" over Soo Kyeong but enough is enough when she kept on belittling Lady Court Jo.

Meanwhile, Dae Seok succesfully made a deal with the Later Jin that's why he and Da Yeob were able to go home safely.  Dae Seok received the King's praise and they even had some drinks.

 

At last, Dae Seok was finally able to go home where another problem was waiting for him.  After hearing about his ex-wife, he was so angry that he immediately dragged her out of their house but he stopped when she threatened him that she will expose Soo Kyeong's real identity.

They had no choice but to let his ex-wife stay for the time being.  They asked the monk to take and discipline her but when she overheard this, Dae Seok's ex-wife hurriedly left.  She found her way to the Left State Councilor's house and there she told them that the Princess is still alive.

Upon hearing the news about the Princess, the Left State Councilor didn't waste time.  He rushed into Dae Seok's house together with his army but Soo Kyeong has other plans.  She's brave enough to face him now, and she personally welcomed them upon their arrival.
