'Jinxed at First' Episode 5 Recap

It's time to go to Busan with Seulbi and Sookwang!

While on their way, Sookwang noticed that Seulbi was kissing the dog that they will be returning to Youngwoo's grandmother.

Seulbi noticed him and Sookwang got distracted when she asked if he wants a kiss too.

Before they went to Busan, the two stopped over at a phone shop to get Seulbi her own phone.

As for our question about Mr. Wang's loyalty to Seulbi, it turns out that he wanted to help her by misleading his boss. He told him that someone saw Seulbi at Busan station without knowing that Seulbi and Sookwang are actually on their way to Busan.

Mr. Wang tried to warn Sookwang about the people who are looking for Seulbi but it was a bit late as gang members have already received Seulbi's photo. Thankfully they didn't recognize her as Seulbi was busy making faces while taking selfies with her new phone.

The two finally arrived at the restaurant of Youngwoo's grandmother. The grandmother was grumpy at first but she eventually treated the two with a delicious meal after Seulbi exclaimed that she is hungry.

While having their meal, the two also found out about the story behind Youngwoo and his grandmother's relationship. It seems that there has been a misunderstanding that's why Seulbi stepped in and used her ability to convince Youngwoo's grandmother to call his son and say sorry for what she has said about Youngwoo.

The two have finally returned Youngwoo's dog but their Busan trip didn't end there. The two spent the night at a hostel and there, Seulbi took the opportunity to formally confess that she likes Sookwang.

Sookwang couldn't give a straight answer to Seulbi's confession...

Seulbi took it as rejection that's why she was so dejected when they went back to Seodong market.

Her market friends noticed it too that's why they treated her with some drinks and even gave Seulbi some tips on how to make Sookwang fall for her.

One was acting cute, but in a weird way as instructed by Ms. Smile.

It almost worked but Sookwang was able to control himself.

The next tip was to play hard to get but it also didn't went according to Seulbi's plan.

Towards the end of the episode, Seulbi sensed that something wrong was about to happen to Sookwang. She tried to learn more about it by touching Sookwang but he stopped her.

Seulbi really felt something was off that's why she used her ability to find out where Sookwang went. The episode then ended with someone attacking Sookwang.
