"The Suspicion"

Episode 5 continues with Gyeore and Dr. Yang's confrontation.  It didn't escalate though as they were concerned about the other patients and staff who were there watching them.

Instead, Yeonjoo and Dr. Yang went somewhere else to continue their conversation regarding the patients and what Team Genie does.

After that, we also see Yeonjoo having a conversation with Gyeore.  Here, Yeonjoo shared how she started working at the hospice and how she couldn't get used to see patients dying.  She also shared how Dr. Yang helped her back when she was new to the hospice.

Finally, Dr. Yang gave permission for them to administer morphine on Sehee.  With that, She was able to perform with everyone.

During their performance, we also see Yeonjoo and Gyeore's awkward but cute first kiss.

As Sehee doesn't have enough time left, she went with her family after their performance.  Before she left, she expressed her gratitude through her letter.

After hearing the news, Yeonjoo noticed Gyeore was affected.  She followed him in the car and comforted him by saying, "We're not okay either.  We're simply accepting it."

Their conversation went on with Yeonjoo asking Gyeore if he has been happy in his life.  Gyeore then shared a few things and when he talked about love, that's when Yeonjoo brought out what happened during their musical performance.  

Gyeore said he knows that they didn't plan the kiss but someone pushed him.  To this, Yeonjoo playfully replied with, "But you don't look that weak to be pushed easily."

Before she left, Yeonjoo thought about what could be Gyeore's last wish.  She suggested that it could be about becoming happy, even just once before he dies.  She continued teasing him by saying, "Maybe I could get you what you want", and then she ran away after giving him a wink.

In this scene, we see Yeonjoo smiling while watching Gyeore and his dog named Sonny.  Is she starting to fall for Gyeore?

Yeonjoo tried to stop herself from smiling by punching the air but then Gyeore started walking towards her.

Later on, Gyeore went to Yeonjoo to ask her how about CPR.  

 

Hearing this, Yeonjoo couldn't help but think if he really wants to learn the skill or if he is just hitting on her.

Still, thinking about it, Yeonjoo couldn't stop her smile even after their conversation.

Towards the end of the episode, Gyeore finally discovered that Kang Taeshik is just faking his injury.  He refused to give an explanation which made Gyeore even more furious.
