'Good Job' Episode 10 Recap

With their new lead, the investigation of our detectives continues!

Sera and Sunwoo went to the orphanage to get information about Kim Mingyu but they couldn't get any.

 

While on their way back from the orphanage, Sunwoo noticed that Sera was staring at her.

Sera denied it saying that she was only leaning because her back was aching.  After hearing this, Sunwoo then stopped the car and reclined Sera's seat so she can have a better rest.  Sera was flustered so she ended up saying that she'll go for a sleep.

Sunwoo's moves didn't stop there, though, as she also tried to ask Sera to go for some drinks but Sera passed saying that she's too tired to go out.

He also tried to take Sera home but she still refused saying that she has a plan with Nahee.

The next day, Sunwoo tried to ask Sera about their relationship.

Sera said things like, Employer-Employee, Detective-Assistant, and Chairman-Secretary.  Sunwoo couldn't get the answer that he likes and he awkwardly ended it by saying, "We are... not family".

Sera and Sunwoo then went to continue their investigation by going to the school which Kim Mingyu attended.  There, they finally found out that he changed his name, and he is no other than the Vice Chairman's secretary, now known as Kim Jaeha.

Sunwoo then went to confront Kim Jaeha.  He admitted that he is Mingyu but Sunwoo couldn't get any other information from him.

Knowing that Sera and Sunwoo has found out about Kim Jaeha's identity, he invited her at the support meeting of Eunkang Foundation.

It seemed that the Vice Chairman intended to humiliate or expose Sera but thankfully, Sunwoo was there to support her.

After that, the two went back to their secret base where Sunwoo finally confessed his feelings by saying, "You don't need to be competent when you're with me.  I'm competent enough and I'll stay by your side".

Sera wasn't able to reply and she only realized that Sunwoo has just confessed to her after Nahee told her.

The next day, Kim Jaeha went to Sunwoo and confessed that it was the Vice Chairman who killed her Mother.  Sera tried to stop Sunwoo from leaving but she couldn't.

When Sunwoo arrived at the Vice Chairman's office, he found him unconscious as it seemed he overdosed on sleeping pills.  Sunwoo brought him to the hospital in hopes of keeping him alive.

The episode then ended with Sera trying to comfort Sunwoo.  While at it, Sera also confessed her feelings for Sunwoo, and as seen in the picture above, you know what happened next, right? 😉
