Continuing from Episode 10 where Mr. Kang fainted,  we start this episode with him waking up beside Yeonjoo and Gyeore at the hospital.  That's after we see his flashback showing what happened to his family.

 

Mr. Kang still wanted to come with them to fulfill their patient's wish but Gyeore said that they'll only allow him if he agrees to receive Chemotherapy once they get back in Seoul.

To lighten up the situation, Yeonjoo even joked about how Gyeore wouldn't be able to lead Team Genie as he looks unreliable.  When Gyeore asked about it, Yeonjoo said he's too handsome.

After resting, the three are back on track.  But as they were about to leave the hospital, Gyeore saw a woman, he thought it was Junkyung so he was stunned.  A while later, it turns out that it wasn't his sister.

Yeonjoo noticed this so she gave the phone to Gyeore saying that he should call his Sister if he wants to know how she is doing.  Again,  Yeonjoo tried to liven up the mood by dropping the cheesy line, "There are more things that don't need effort in this world. Like how I fell in love with you when you never tried."

The three finally arrived in Mokpo but their next problem was that the wheelchair is broken and the person they are looking for is living way up the hill.  In the end, Gyeore had no choice but to carry the patient on his back.

They reached the peak but they found out that the man they are looking for is already dead.

They then went to cemetery only to be greeted by another steep climb.  

 

At first, Gyeore refused to carry the patient again but he had no choice when Yeonjoo volunteered that she'll do it instead.

Upon their arrival, Mr. Kang started reading their patient's letter.  Upon hearing it, Gyeore only found out the true story behind their patient's last wish.  He was mad after hearing the unfair story so he refused to drive them home and just rode the bus.

Eventually, Gyeore changed his mind.  He went down the rest stop and upon seeing Yeonjoo and Mr. Kang, he made an excuse saying the bus left him.

The three then accompanied the patient to his home.  Yeonjoo and Gyeore were left inside the ambulance and here, Gyeore asked about patient in Room 403.  To this, Yeonjoo told Gyeore that if the patient wakes up and see him, he should just say that he's new and he doesn't know Mr. Kang.

While at it, Yeonjoo also asked Gyeore to go visit her Sister and give her some chestnuts.

Back at the hospice, Yeonjoo ran into Dr. Yang.  It was hard but Yeonjoo took the opportunity to give back Dr. Yang's gift and told him that she knows that he will be able to find an amazing person in the future.

The episode then ended with Gyeore entering Room 403.  He was doing all sorts of stuff but then he was frightened and ran away after the patient suddenly woke up.
