Hyoyeon talked about her 'Dessert' comeback with KORSERIES

How do you feel about this comeback?

HYO : It has been almost a year since I have released a new song. I really enjoyed myself while preparing for the song as it is a refreshing and exciting song that fits really well with summer.

What kind of music is this song and what the song is about?

HYO : This new song “DESSERT” is an uplifting jungle pop genre with a Moombahton rhythm, and it contains the message of wanting sweet love rather than something complicated. I hope that you dance the heat away while enjoying the exciting rhythm of this song.

How your member support you?

HYO : I let the GIRLS’ GENERATION members listen to the new song before it was released and all the members said that it was good. I was very happy because they saw the dance and they said they wanted to dance together too. (smile)

How do you feel about a lot of people interested in #dessertdancechallenge on tiktok?

HYO: I felt very happy because the challenge video with our members received a lot of attention. I think the reason “DESSERT” challenge received good response is all thanks to the members of GIRLS’ GENERATION!
