Coming from Episode 12, did Big Mouse really died from the explosion?  The answer is yes...

But that wouldn't be the end of the organization.  Here, we see Jerry coming to help Changho when someone tried kill him.  He said that it's his duty to protect him.

Jerry also said that their men will take Miho and his father to a safe place that's why Changho called Miho.

They really did take Miho and her Father to a safe place.  It was a hotel under Big Mouse's organization and there, they were warmly welcomed by all the staff.

 

During Big Mouse/Noh Park's funeral, a video message played where he appointed Changho as his successor.  As one of the top members, warden Park Yoongap was against it and he even thought that it was Changho who recorded the video.

Moments later, Kim Soontae appeared and claimed that he was the one who took the video.  It appears that he is the Number 2 in the organization, and he was the one who asked Big Mouse to save Changho.

Changho was furious thinking that his friend betrayed him but Soontae said that he had no choice.  He did that in order to save him.

Changho arrived at the hotel room where Miho and her Father were waiting.  He didn't tell them that he was chosen to be the next Big Mouse but he asked their opinion if they should continue doing Big Mouse's request or not.  To this, Miho said that they should see it through, not only for them but also for the inmates, Jang Hyejin, and the other victims.

 

With that, Jerry then gave them a lecture about the key personalities inside the NR Forum.

 

While at it, Miho also shared that the different companies under NR Forum could be the reason why the rate of people having Leukemia has gone up in Gucheon.

They tried to start their investigation at the secret lab under the Gucheon University Hospital but then Miho got a call that the facility was already gone.  Director Juhee was one step ahead of them as she ordered her staff to get rid of the secret lab.

 

Miho then continued their investigation by reading old articles.

 

That lead them to an old man who seems to be the grandfather of Mayor Choi Doha.

 

As for Changho, he was busy with his work as the new Big Mouse.  He even announced that he would run for Mayor and he also used Gong Jihoon so he could meet the elder.
